How it is made is as important as how it looks

A member of the WNW team recently bought some new pants - the 24 trouser from L’Estrange London. We like them, by the way.

We also like L’Estrange’s fashion mission - #WithLessDoMore

Per their website:

In a world of hyper-convenience and overconsumption we want to strip away complexity from your everyday allowing you to do more with less. Our modern clothing system comprises comfortable, season-less, versatile pieces that can be worn in multiple scenarios.

What is also very interesting is their advertising. On Tumblr, the brand presents a short video which rebuts “made in China” and instead emphasizes how their clothes are made in Italy.

Now, the fabric does not appear to be recycled, but we still support a focus on supply chain and sourcing - and we certainly believe how it is made is as important as how it looks.
